You pay the balance of your jewellery when you collect your new or redesigned piece.. So I aways strive for a satisfied customer.
Problems can and rarely happen, but I can rectify them as soon as possible.

If the ring doesn’t fit.. I can resize usually within a day.

Problems afterwards would include a diamond falling out… If it’s not set in the piece properly, it will fall out with in a month.
If this happens, I assume full responsibility and will replace it free of charge.
If it’s after this time, I share the cost 50/50 with my customer for the repair work and replacement diamond.

If it is a commissioned piece piece, I can alter if needed.
If it’s a new piece straight from the shop window, I can refund or replace if needed.
Time frame for both after should be discussed at time of purchase.
